Teen Teletherapy Sessions

Developing coping strategies for anxiety, self esteem and common life stressors are crucial to the development of any individual. While teens are experiencing rapid changes in brain development, it can amplify issues present in their world and make it more difficult for them to handle stress adequately. It is something that must be taught. This is where I come in. My goal is to offer a safe space and supportive environment for your teen or adolescent who may be suffering from anxiety, anxious thoughts, fears, self-esteem issues, depression as well as providing stress management techniques and coping strategies that will carry them throughout their life. It is an honor for me to be a part of their process. Therapy Style

My counseling style is warm, empathetic, direct and interactive. As a part of my practice style, I believe strongly in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. My approach is strength based and combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness and solution focused counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your teen’s unique and specific needs.
