New Mom Support
Let’s face it…as women, we are warriors! Not just because we can multi-task like nobody’s business, but because we carry within us the innate ability to be strong and nurturing all at the same time. Part of what makes us strong is our ability to recognize when something may not be working as well as it could be and when it’s time to find a solution. We all feel off balance from time to time and it can be challenging to know how to get back on track. Part of feeling unbalanced may come from a new or existing role of motherhood. An experience that often throws a curve ball. Becoming a new mom is the greatest experience a woman may have in her life, but with that comes its own set of new challenges. My goal is to provide new moms with a safe space to share their challenges and to provide a level of support and guidance to achieve whatever their goals may be. I will provide techniques for managing stress, organizing and balancing daily routines, ideas on how to take “breaks,” and individualized strategies for meeting self-care needs.
